The strength of the next generation
Let's add a sentence at the top - First Presbyterian was blessed to open its doors in January 2025 to El Dorado's Eagle Foundation. We continue to host the organization's tutoring and homeschool program in our buildings.
The Eagle Foundation grows community from within by uniting people and resources based on shared principles and values to meet needs, develop sustainability, and cultivate a culture that naturally strengthens community. Its programs include providing after-school care and tutoring to children and teens, as well as after-school care for teens.
Young people are at risk - no matter who they are. The noise in the culture combined with pressures of school and society can be confusing and leave a young person feeling anxious and overwhelmed. The Eagle Foundation supports and empowers young people for highest achievement and quality of life through Whole Child Education.
